Client Success Manager

A global tech partner for innovative brands, advertisers and agencies requires a new Client Success Manager to join their team in London.


Despite current economic pressures, the company has continued to develop their team and acquire assets.


The Client Success Manager (CSM) will be responsible for overseeing all facets of client utilisation across a specialist retail media platform and is ultimately accountable for client satisfaction and leverage of the Ecommerce product by driving ROI and Marketing initiatives. Therefore, ideal candidates will demonstrate great project management skills, excellent technical credentials, strong soft skills, a working knowledge of media agencies and hands on experience implementing Amazon marketing campaigns in particular.


Specific Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Drive client retention and identify business growth opportunities
  • Provide training to clients to enable them to effectively use the tech platform
  • Provide technical support and Ecommerce marketing best practice and strategy recommendations across Amazon and potentially Walmart, Target, and Instacart
  • Understand client goals and anticipate future needs to help determine ideal solutions
  • Partner with internal teams including product development, sales and technical account management to drive platform innovation and capture market opportunities


You are likely to have:


  • Hands on Amazon marketing campaign implementation and management experience
  • Some exposure to Walmart, Target, or Instacart
  • Basic Amazon and other Ecommerce marketing analytics exposure
  • At least 2 years experience in client services and/or technical project management
