Platform Split: 50% Social - 25% Search - 25% Display


The Role


You will be line managing three experienced account managers each of whom have 2 direct reports therefore you’ll be heading up a team of 9 individuals. You will be responsible for their training and development, output and quality of work across all digital media channels.


Additionally, you will be an escalation point offering support across technical operations such as tagging, reporting and monthly invoicing therefore you need an implementational background and deep understanding of in platform execution. This is an opportunity for someone to lead the

team but equally we need someone willing to occasionally roll their sleeves up and spend time in the platforms with the managers to troubleshoot campaigns, this isn’t a completely hands-off role.


As one of the most experienced members of the team and part of the senior digital management team you will be expected to take on department level responsibilities outside of your client portfolio. These include income forecasting, media owner contacts and owning key operational

processes. We are also a close team unit so you’ll be encouraged to provide knowledge sharing sessions where you can present case studies, share ideas and put forward potential new technology and media partners.


This role is very much client-facing and building rapport with our key client decision makers is a crucial element of the job. You will work with the Account Managers on Strategy decks, RTBs, PCAs and proactive proposals supporting with BAU comms where required.


We work very closely with our Client Services team, who are offline planners, project managers and the central point of client management across all channels. You will work with the Client Services Team on your accounts to ensure we are delighting clients and continually developing our accounts and strategies, as well as integrating with wider marketing efforts




The Must Haves


• Minimum of 5 years relevant, implementational and planning experience

• Hands-on experience in Google Ads or Facebook or ideally both

• Analytical skills with the ability to provide actionable insights

• A track record of media planning and strategy

• Microsoft office skills, including Excel and Powerpoint

• Client-facing skills to build trust and rapport with stakeholders

• Experience in running performance/direct response campaigns

• People management experience including managing upwards


The Nice-to Haves


• Independent agency experience

• Hands-on experience with finance tools such as Prisma

• Hands-on experience with tracking and tagging
