Pre-Sales Consultant (Solutions Architect) 

Remote role with a London based Digital Agency

A London based digital agency is hiring now for a pre-sales, client-facing specialist with a UX background. This is a commercial role, significantly important to the growth strategy of the business and client portfolio expansion.

Therefore, the Pre-Sales Consultant will need to be a champion of the user, with the ability to distinguish between the corporate message and customer requirements. Fresh thinking will be applied, requiring a thorough understanding of what is achievable. A good listener will appreciate client instruction then deploy technical and commercial sense to formulate the right strategy.


This is not a sales role where a pre-considered solution is sold, the consultant will be expected to attend pre-arranged appointments with interested companies, talk with senior stakeholders about digital design and development requirements and articulate feasible UX solutions that the agency can deliver.


Candidates will likely consider themselves to be at least three of the following;


  • A pre-sales consultant
  • A UX Specialist
  • A competent coder
  • Commercially astute
